-Drivers licence

-A keen interest or curiosity in fermentation

-Passionate about supporting local businesses

-Ability to maneuver 50 lbs unassisted

-A true enthusiasm for engaging with the public

-Experience working in a kitchen would be an asset

-Experience working independently

-Hard worker who shows initiative, reliability, honesty and is a team player
